Treatment Focus: Facial Massage with Rupert French

Facial massage with Rupert French takes two forms, Japanese Face Lifting Massage and Face Reflexology. Both treatments are relaxing, rejuvenating and pleasant - and they are based on hard science that is a long way away from the cosmetic industry.

'A healthy skin does not come from applying creams,' says Rupert, Anamaya's specialist. 'The skin is the largest organ in the body: its health will reflect the general health of the body.'

Rupert's face massage techniques have specific and local beneficial effects - facial muscles take on a better and stronger tone, lymphatic drainage and circulation are both increased. Over a course of treatment, there will be noticeable improvement in your skin - but not, as Rupert points out, if you are continuously poisoning it.

'The endocrine and digestive systems are the key to healthy, young and beautiful skin,' says Rupert.

Rupert is offering a special for the month of March: Book two treatments, get the second one for half price. Call Anamaya on 020 3011 0355 to book with Rupert or click here to learn more.
